Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging Invonext ("we", "us") for website design, development, or related services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide website design, development, deployment, basic SEO setup, WhatsApp & contact form integration, and optional ongoing maintenance. The exact scope of work for each project is defined in the quotation or proposal shared with you.
3. Payments
An advance payment is required to start work. Remaining balance is due before final delivery or domain handover. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, logo, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines.
5. Revisions
Each plan includes a fixed number of design revision rounds as mentioned in the proposal. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
6. Refund Policy
Once work begins, advance payments are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. Invonext retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Invonext is not liable for losses arising from third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways) or for misuse of the delivered website by the client.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
